DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Everything You Need to Know

Order Processing & Delivery

Products will be processed within 3-5 days after receiving your cleared payment (usually less), but as soon as possible

 

Returns

If you change your mind on the order made, please contact our Customer Services within 30 days of receipt to arrange return of the items for a refund. Please note, that all unwanted items must not be used and in the original packaging. The costs of returning goods shall be your responsibility. You are also responsible for the goods whilst in transit until they reach our office. Responsibility for loss or damage items while in transit when returning goods shall be your responsibility and for you to dispute with your delivery provider.

All returns will be processed and acted upon within 10 working days of receipt. Refunds usually take 3 days to be seen on your bank statement.

 

Damages

We will be able to offer a replacement or refund for any items damaged on receipt of parcel. The damage needs to be reported to customer service within 3 working days via email kate@pubandbaraccessories.com or by phone 0796239356). In some cases we will ask for the damaged/faulty item to be sent back to us (we will ask you to post the package and we will reimburse the charges) when refunding the item on proof of postage.
